Your order will be packed in non descriptive grey padded mailers and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name “Discreet Fantasy” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.
In most cases orders are processed to be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 2:00pm (ET) weekends excluded.
We offer shipping to all location in United States including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. For international orders, we are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes. Countries that we currently ship to are Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
We suggest that the toy should be checked to make sure that it is in working condition when you received it. We do accept items with manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us should you have any issues. For buyer’s remorse returns, please do not open the sealed retail packaging and ship back to us. Refund will be processed when it is back in our warehouse.
